A two-day national seminar on strengthening transboundary water cooperation and adaptation to climate change is organised in cooperation with the State Committee on Water Management and Melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic in the framework of the programme "Regional Dialogue and Cooperation on Water Resources Management in Central Asia" financed by the Government of Germany through GIZ as part of the Berlin Water Process.
