Summary: On 18 November 2014, the non-governmental organization Environment-People-Law submitted a communication to the Compliance Committee alleging non-compliance of the Party concerned with its obligations under articles 3 (1), 4 (1), (3), (4) and (6), 6 (1)–(4) and (6)–(9) and 9 (2), of the Convention in connection with production-sharing agreements and mineral extraction permits for the Yuzivska and Oleska oil fields.
