Guidance on Implementation of the Protocol released in English and Russian
The secretariat has released an electronic version of the Guidance on Implementation of the Protocol on PRTRs in the Russian language, in advance of official publication of the document in Russian and French. The Guidance document was originally published in English and circulated at third meeting of the Parties to the Convention in Riga, Latvia.

The Guidance is also available in English on CD-Rom.
An unofficial translation of the Guidance has been provided by the Czech Ministry of Environment (in Czech) CZE
This advanced version in Russian contains the complete text of the Guidance published in English; however, graphs contained in the English version are not included in document. The full publication will be released in French and Russian in 2009.
Several Member States' delegations had requested the advanced version in Russian to support national efforts to build capacity for implementation of the Protocol.
The publication may be reproduced in whole or in parts and in any form for education or non-profit purposes, provided acknowledgement of the source is made. It is expected that several Member States will translate and reproduce the Guidance in their national languages.
