Country Market Statements

The Secretariat invites member States every year to submit a written country market statement to be made available to the Committee on Forests and the Forest Industry (COFFI). The country market statements contribute to the success of the Market Discussion of the COFFI session.

Country market statement are prepared by member States and offers a unique opportunity for them to draw attention to the current situation and the main short-, medium- and long-term concerns about raw material supply in light of the economic, ecological/environmental, political and societal challenges facing the sector.
