At this meeting, it was decided to set up a Technical Group to deal with the more technical issues of the PRTR-instrument. Four issues were identified at the meeting: substances, activities, transfers and data validation. Participants were invited to submit comments on the technical issues and on the draft elements of the instrument. The comments are hereby available in the language in which the Secretariat has received them:
