The project pilot countries and cities include Georgia (the city of Tbilisi), Kyrgyzstan (the city of Bishkek), Serbia (the city of Nis) and Tajikistan (the city of Dushanbe). The project implementation is led by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), in close collaboration with United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), United Nations Department for Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA) and United Cities Local Governments (UCLG).
