The training on Strategic Environmental Assessment in Kazakhstan is organized by three international organizations, including the OSCE Program Office in Nur-Sultan, UNECE and PAGE under technical support provided to the Republic of Kazakhstan to enhance the national capacity to develop and implement effective SEA system in the country in line with international standards, including the Protocol on SEA.  

The aim of the training is to increase knowledge of national stakeholders, including governmental officials, key decision makers and NGOs about the procedures and benefits of effective implementation of SEA developed in line with the Protocol on SEA.
