The Committee on Housing and Land Management (CHLM) and the Committee on Sustainable Energy (CSE) of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) organized an Expert Consultation on Energy Efficiency Standards in Buildings. The meeting was organized according to the decision of the 75th CHLM session (ECE/HBP/2014/4) to develop a study on standards related to energy efficiency in buildings.
The objectives of the meeting are:
- To give an overview of the existing energy efficiency standards in buildings
- To discuss needs of UNECE member States in the future work of the two Committees on energy efficiency standards in buildings
- To elaborate next steps for the work of the Expert Group.
