The Committee on Housing and Land Management and the Committee on Sustainable Energy are implementing the project on Energy Efficiency Standards in Buildings in the UNECE region in support of the activities of the Joint Task Force on Energy Efficiency Standards in Buildings.
The Workshop on Validation of Results of Mapping of Energy Efficiency Standards in Buildings in the UNECE Region served as the second meeting of the Joint Task Force. It was jointly organized by UNECE and UNDP Armenia, with support of the Government of Armenia, and took place on 14-15 May 2018 in Yerevan, Armenia. The event validated the results of the report on the mapping of energy efficiency standards in buildings in the UNECE region and discussed the next steps in implementation of tasks of the Joint Task Force.
The workshops “Development, Harmonization and Implementation of Energy Efficiency Standards and Labeling for Energy Appliances” and “Knowledge Sharing on Management and Financing of Energy Efficiency in Multi-Apartment Buildings” were organized by UNDP Armenia and Green Climate Fund back-to-back with this workshop on 15 and 16 May 2018, respectively.
