The seventy-fourth session of the Committee on Housing and Land Management and its Ministerial Meeting took place on 7-9 October 2013.
The Ministerial Meeting took place on 8 October. The meeting provided an international platform for high-level exchange on issues related to sustainable housing and urban development, land administration and management, spatial planning and real estate market stability in the region. The meeting adopted the Strategy for the period 2014-2020.
On 7 October the Committee reviewed its current and past activities. Thematic discussions on energy efficiency in housing and ageing and accessibility in cities were organized.
On 9 October the session followed-up on the outcomes of the Ministerial meeting and considered the future directions of the Committee's work.
