The second session of the Group of Experts on Energy Efficiency will focus its discussions on activities that help significantly improve energy efficiency in the UNECE region and the role that UNECE and the Group of Experts can play in this process. The session will include a workshop on best policy practices for promoting energy efficiency, take stock of the implementation of the Work Plan for 2014–2015, and discuss the activities to be included in the Work Plan for 2016–2017. The session is expected to adopt the Work Plan of the Group of Experts for 2016–2017.
