The UNECE Real Estate Market Advisory Group (REM) organized a side event to the 83rd session of the Committee on Urban Development, Housing and Land Management (CUDHLM). The session was held from 3-6 October 2022 and this side event was on 6 October 2022 from 12.40-2.15 p.m.

The REM side event shed light on i) financing urban development; ii) housing supply and heritage buildings; iii) land management and prices; and iv) housing affordability and households' vulnerability.

The outcome of the event informed discussions at the 83rd session of CUDHLM.
