Twelfth meeting of the Task Force on Target-Setting and Reporting

The 12th meeting of the Task Force on Target Setting and Reporting will take place on 17 November 2021  from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 to 5 p.m. (Central European time). It will:

  • Review progress by Parties and other States in setting, revising and implementing their targets in accordance with article 6 of the Protocol
  •  Launch the 5th reporting cycle under the Protocol (2022), also recalling the reporting template and guidelines in light of the 2030 Agenda and the COVID-19 pandemic

  • Discuss the future programme of work of the Protocol for 2023-2025 – Country representatives will discuss the future role of the Task Force and exchange views on regional priorities on water, sanitation, hygiene and health. Special consideration will be given to measures taken in the areas of WASH and health in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, and targets set by States to strengthen public health preparedness, response and recovery.

The working languages will be English, French and Russian.

 

Registration

Delegates planning to attend the meeting, whether virtually or in-person, are requested to register by 3 November 2021.

Instructions for Indico registration:

Step 1:  Account creation. You must create an account if you do not have one yet. If you already have an existing account proceed to Step 2. 
   1- Go to registration page: https://reg.unog.ch/user/register (copy the link and paste on recommended browsers: Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge)
   2- Fill out the account creation form then click on Confirm
   3- You should receive an email with an activation link. Click on that activation link.
   4- Your account is now activated

Step 2: Register for the meeting.

   1- At this stage, you have already created and activated your account on the new UNOG online registration and accreditation system (One time exercise).
   2- Go to the meeting registration page: https://indico.un.org/event/34756/ registration/ (copy the link and paste on recommended browsers: Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge)
   3- Click on the button "Register now" - If you are not already logged in, you will be redirected to the login page where you can log in using your user name (email) and password.
   4- Fill out the registration form and click on Submit.
   5- Once you are registered, you will receive an email informing you that your registration has been received and is pending approval
   6- As soon as the Secretariat processes your registration, you will receive a confirmation email
