The national workshop reviewed the progress achieved in implementing the Protocol in Serbia since becoming a Party. It also aimed at gathering a broad range of stakeholders to review the draft targets set by an interministerial body. The workshop was attended by over 40 participants from ministries and agencies engaged in target setting process but also those that were not involved in the preparation of the draft targets as well as local stakeholders and NGOs. Participants provided comments to the draft targets and agreed on the next steps in the target setting process.
The workshop was held back to back with the Consultation on small-scale water supply and sanitation and equitable access to water and sanitation in Serbia (8 December)
