Speaker biography:

Since my time as a student, EU politics and the EU legislative process have always been of great interest to me. I have been fortunate to be involved in this field throughout my professional career.

For over two years, I have served as the Belgian Single Liaison Officer for Market Surveillance (SLO). In this role, I coordinate Belgian market surveillance authorities and represent them at the EU level, including in various committees and in the European Product Compliance Network.

I also assist in creating and communicating a common strategic vision for national market surveillance activities. Additionally, I facilitate cooperation between market surveillance authorities in different Member States.
