Business Process Analysis (BPA): Export of Textile Products from the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation(UNECE Project: Strengthening the capacity of the Kyrgyzstan National Trade Facilitation Council to implement the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement)The Business Process Analysis (BPA) report analyses the business or trade processes for exporting textile or garment products from the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation. Following the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business(UN/CEFACT) Buy-Ship-Pay model, the scope of the study includes all procedures from signing of the contract between exporter and importer through transporting the product by road through the territories of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) to the Russian Federation up to receiving the payment. The study uses the United Nations Network of Experts for Paperless Trade in Asia and the Pacific (UNNExT) BPA methodology.
