Rocco Bubbico works as Policy Advisor in the European Investment Bank’s office in Brussels. He deals with policy files related to public investment and policy interlinkages of decarbonisation strategies and has research interests in regional and urban development. Previously he worked in the Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission. He holds a PhD in Planning from the University of Manchester and a Master degree in economics from the University of Bologna.
