CYPRUS
Constantinos Yiorkadjis was born in 1968 in Nicosia. He is the first child of Polycarpos Yiorkadjis and Fotini Papadopoulou, descendant of Leventis family. After the loss of his father, he was raised by his mother and his stepfather, Tassos Papadopoulos. He graduated from Ayios Andreas elementary school and the English School. Between 1986 and 1988, he served his military service as an officer at Stavrovouni 33MK and KEMK. Constantinos Yiorkadjis holds two bachelor’s degrees with distinction (Magna Cum Laude with GPA 3.83), one in Economics and one in Business Administration, both from Boston University.
During his long professional career, he had the opportunity to work in the highly competitive environments of the US and Europe, as well as in the demanding environments of developing markets in Asia and Africa.
While still in university, he started working at Thermo Electron, Waltham Massachusetts, as a junior member of their treasury department, focusing mainly in the buying of currency futures.
In 1993, he joined the Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC), first in Greece as a merchandiser and then as head of MIT organisation in the marketing department and later on as assistant to the HBC products brand manager. In December 1994 he moved from HBC to Molino, where he took the position of Marketing Manager for Coca-Cola Iasi, Romania.
In January 2000, he joined FRIGOGLASS as Regional Operations Director and he took under his responsibility three production facilities (Ireland, Romania and Spain) as well as the Key Account responsibility for Coca-Cola, selling ice cold merchandisers to over 100 countries.
In December 2005, he moved back to Cyprus with his family and in June 2006, accepted the position of marketing manager at CCHBC Cyprus (Lanitis Bros.). He was elected Mayor of Nicosia in the Municipal Elections of December 18, 2011. His five year term as Mayor started on January 2, 2012.

ROMANIA
Doina Feher was a local councilor and a member of the budget, education, and social assistance commissions before becoming a Deputy Mayor in 2016. Her role as Deputy Mayor includes the coordination of education system in Satu Mare and subordinated institutions working in the areas of social assistance, communication, public relations, IT, and culture.
Ms. Feher works with the Mayor of Satu Mare and the management team on several projects aimed at sustainable development of the city - the creation of green infrastructure and bicycle infrastructure, rehabilitation of public spaces, environmental projects and development of smart-city solutions.
Ms. Feher is a specialist in the domain of education, with a long-term career in teaching and engineering. She has more than 30 years of experience in technological education. She is a counselor in education, working on forming and mentoring students.
She is a graduate diplomate engineer in machine building at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, and she specialized in Applied Electronics at the University of Oradea, Economic and Administrative Technical College. | ||
