This report looks at women's access to financing and ICT in UNECE member States, reviewing trends, progress and perspectives from selected countries, innovative schemes and partnerships in financing, opportunities and challenges of ICT. It includes papers presented at the Second UNECE Forum on Women Entrepreneurs which was held in Geneva in March 2003.
