Strategy Study on Inter-Fuel Substitution implemented in the Kolpashevo municipality (2009)
The paper aims to analyze the outlook of implementing inter-fuel substitution in municipal entity «Kolpashevo urban settlement», the Tomsk Region, and to develop recommendations on implementing inter-fuel substitution in urban and rural settlement of the Russian Federation.
