The second meeting of the Bureau took place on 23 February 2006, in Geneva. The Bureau addressed all issues that were mandated by the Steering Committee and submitted the proposal on the Belgrade Conference (En Fr Ru) (through the Executive Committee) to the Working Group of Senior Officials that met on 29-30 June 2006 in Geneva, for its further consideration.
