Cambodia: A middle-income country with a population of 16,946 million. According to the WHO, Cambodia has the 5th highest rate in the Southeast Asia Region. Cambodia has acceded to none of the 7 UN road safety legal instruments.
The Special Envoy delivered a keynote address at the closing session of the AIP Dissemination Workshop for the Eco-Safe Driver Training Phase II Program. Further info available here.
