On 6 April 2022, the Special Envoy met with Mr. Riccardo Puliti, Vice President of Infrastructure, WB. In this meeting, the Special Envoy encouraged the WB to become a partner in the Safe and Affordable Helmets Programme and informed of his travel plans to visit Washington DC in June. Lastly, the Special Envoy shared about the HLM and suggested to plan for joint efforts at its margins.
