On 10 May 2022, the Special Envoy met with Mr. Jacques-Emmanuel Saulnier, Senior Vice President of Public Interest, TotalEnergies. The Special Envoy thanked TotalEnergies for their pledge to the UNRSF and followed up on the distribution of 100,000 helmets in 2022-2023. The Special Envoy asked to expand the partnership by becoming an official partner for the helmet program. Lastly, the Special Envoy updated on the HLM and advised that TotalEnergies can participate by organizing a side event.
