On 27 July 2022, the Special Envoy met with H.E. Ms. Eunice M. Tembo Luambia, Permanent Representative of Zambia to the UN Office at Geneva express concerns for the road safety situation in the country, encourage support to the Government and explore synergies for collaboration.
