On 12 January 2022, the Special Envoy virtually met with Mr. Courtenay Rattray, newly appointed Chef de Cabinet, Executive Office of the UN Secretary-General to encourage engagement on the 2022 work programme of the Special Envoy for Road Safety and advocate for the Chef de Cabinet’s support on the HLM and help ensure participation at the highest levels.
