The TIR secretariat has been informed that, as of 1 July 2010, the guarantee sum per TIR Carnet in Ukraine and Kazakhstan has been fixed at EUR 60'000. This amount has been agreed between the Customs administrations, national guaranteeing associations, IRU and the international insurer.
