Stefan Maier is the Head of the National Competence Center for Innovation Procurement (IÖB) in Austria since 2018. Prior to his current position he was a Consultant and Project Manager for public sector entities in Germany, Austria and Belgium on process optimization and technology implementation. From 2017 to 2020 he held the position of lecturer at the University of Vienna.
