Dr. Zaneta LACOVA earned her PhD in economics from the University of Lorraine in France.
She works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica in Slovakia and teaches economic theory issues, as well as international trade compliance issues (including standardization and international standards).
Her areas of research include economic and societal consequences of digital transformation, especially in the context of European economic integration.
She is a member of the International Network for Economic Research (INFER), Europe Research Community (ERECO-PGV) and Association internationale des economistes de langue française (AIELF).
