The session will discuss roles of the housing agencies in Southern Europe in the provision of affordable housing. The session will serve also to exchange views between Southern European countries that are currently reflecting on the role of housing agencies - Albania, Montenegro and Serbia, - and experiences of work of the housing agencies in other countries of the Euro-Mediterranean region. The discussion will cover the institutional and organizational aspects of the housing agencies; as well as the different financial schemes that could be applied.
