The Conference is co-organized by UNECE, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Public-Private Partnership Development Support Center. 

The Conference is intended to raise the capacity of participants in various aspects of PPP development, and is a first step to a national PPP readiness assessment in Ukraine aimed at identifying barriers to doing PPPs and potential pilot projects, as well as preparing a PPP 'action plan' for Ukraine.
