The Bureau will review progress in the implementation of the joint workplan under the Convention and the Protocol, and related financial and budgetary matters.  It will also prepare for the fifth meeting of the Working Group on Environmental Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment (Geneva, 11–15 April 2016), including agreeing on its agenda. Finally, the Bureau will discuss the preparations for the next sessions of the Meetings of the Parties to the Convention and the Protocol, preliminarily scheduled to be held in Minsk, in June 2017.
