The fourth meeting of the Bureau took place on 19 February 2007, in Geneva. The meeting considered the following issues: session on ESD to be organised at the Ministerial Conference "Environment for Europe" (Belgrade, 10-12 October 2007): the draft ministerial statement; a first outline of the report on the progress in the implementation of the Strategy, prepared by a consultant; and a proposal on the panellists for an informal panel discussion at the Belgrade Conference.
