National Seminar "On the way to the International Year of Water Cooperation:
the role of international law, including the UNECE Water Convention,
in strengthening cooperation on water resources management"
A two-day national seminar on the role of intenational law and the UNECE Water Convention in strengthening cooperation on water resources management was organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Melioration and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan in the framework of the programme "Regional Dialogue and Cooperation on Water Resources Management in Central Asia" financed by the Government of Germany through GTZ as part of the Berlin Water Process, and with additional financial support from Switzerland.
