The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) organizes, in cooperation with the Finnish permanent mission, a seminar on the Second Assessment of Rivers, Lakes and Groundwaters on Wednesday 23 November 2011 in UNOG Library Loans Room in Palais des Nations.
This event is organized to offer missions, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, academia and general public an opportunity to learn about the assessment as well as to dialogue with authors and experts about topical issues concerning transboundary water cooperation covered in the publication.
