The 19th meeting of the Working Group was attended by some 45 people, representing government agencies and/or NGOs from 11 target countries of the NPD programme (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Ukraine), EU Member States (Austria, France, Romania) and donors/international organisations (EU, OECD, UNECE). As previous meeting took place two years ago, one full day was dedicated to review the past work and discuss the selected country cases presented. On last half a day, needs of the countries, direction and modalities of future work were discussed.
