The Administrative Committee (AC.3), the highest administrative organ representing all 62 Contracting Parties to the Harmonization Convention, is convened at least once every five years and is serviced by the UNECE secretariat. At the forthcoming session, the Committee will discuss the application of the Harmonization Convention at the national level and, in particular, of Annex 8 on road transport and Annex 9 on facilitation of border crossing in international rail transport.
