David Blanchard
David Blanchard is currently Head of Unit in the Directorate in charge of Public procurement in the Directorate-General for Industry, Single Market, Entrepreneurship and SME (DG GROW), European Commission.
Prior to this, he worked in several other Commission units.
A French national, Mr Blanchard has a background in academia, holding a PhD in EU law.
