The Guidelines were prepared under the “European Union for Environment” (EU4Environment – Green Economy) Action by the consultants to the UNECE secretariat to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention) and its Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment (Protocol on SEA): Nataliia Trofymenko and Maryna Zerkal, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
The publication is issued in English and Ukrainian.
