Strategies and Policies for the Abatement of Air Pollution

Information on strategies and policies for the abatement of air pollution is collected under the Convention to better understand how Parties implement their obligations and to facilitate an exchange of experiences and a mutual learning process. To monitor policies and strategies, the Working Group on Strategies and Review (WGSR) has been requested by Executive Body decision 2013/2 to invite Parties to report at WGSR sessions on strategies, policies and measures employed to implement obligations under any of the Protocols to the Convention and to devote time to policy discussions related to the design and implementation of different regulatory, voluntary, economic or other measures relating to air pollution.
For information about specific abatement measures, please check the Task Force on Techno-Economic Issues Clearing House
