Real Estate Market Advisory Group

The UNECE Real Estate Market Advisory Group (REM) is a group of real estate experts who advise the Committee and the WPLA on sustainable real estate markets. In 2010 they published the “Policy Framework for Sustainable Real Estate Markets”, a tool to help guide member States to create sustainable real estate market.

The REM Advisory group advises national Governments through roundtable discussions, which aim to identify specific measures to strengthen a country’s real estate markets and contribute to economic growth.

The Advisory Board Terms of Reference was endorsed by the seventy-fifth session of the Committee on Urban Development, Housing and Land Management in October 2014 and by the seventy-third Executive Committee in November 2014.
