On 22 July 2020, the Special Envoy met with Mr. Jagan Chapagain, Secretary-General of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) to share updates on the global road safety situation and also explore opportunities for joint missions to countries in South Asia, Africa and Latin America, when the situation allows.
It was also discussed how supporting the work of the IFRC can be possible, especially in connection with mobility, transport and road safety.
