The Special Envoy met with Mr. Jean-Claude Meyer, Vice-Chairman International of Rothschild & Co., an associate of H.E. Mr. Alassane Ouattara, President of Cote d’Ivoire. The Special Envoy presented a technical package with actions for road safety enhancements in Cote d’Ivoire.
