On 30 March 2022, the Special Envoy virtually met with H.E. Mr. Jorge D’Onofrio, Minister of Transport for the Buenos Aires Province. In the meeting, the Special Envoy and the Minister exchanged on opportunities for collaboration and spoke about the potential visit of Special Envoy later in 2022. The Special Envoy offered his support on road safety to the newly appointed Minister.
