On 8 March 2021, the Special Envoy delivered online remarks at the opening of the 82nd session of the Working Party 1 on Global Forum for Road Traffic, organized in hybrid format.
Throughout his contribution, the Special Envoy shared about the significant impact of the pandemic on mobility sector in a changed world with road users’ new preferences. The Special Envoy emphasized that, by working together and optimizing multilateralism in this changing environment, through bodies like the Global Forum, it is possible to realize a greener and more agile and responsive mobility, delivering the best and safest transport services to all.
