37th UN/CEFACT Forum

04 - 15 October 2021
Virtual meeting Geneva Switzerland

Introduction

The United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) will hold its 37th Forum as a fully virtual event.

For general information on this event, please consult the weekly schedule brochure

The semi-annual Forums of UN/CEFACT bring together experts from the public and private sectors to work on trade facilitation recommendations and e-business standards on a global scale. As a virtual event, we look forward to enhancing the participation from those experts who may not normally be able to travel as well as welcome new experts. Detailed agendas for each domain will be made available soon; it is expected that this year’s Forum will advance, among other topics on:

  • Single Window Assessment Methodology
  • Engaging private sector in NTFBs
  • Integrated, multimodal track and trace
  • eNegotiation
  • Open Finance for Trade Facilitation
  • Sustainable Tourism
  • Use of Artificial Intelligence in Trade Facilitation
