Workshop on Decarbonization through harnessing synergies between renewable electricity and gas (organized together with the Group of Experts on Renewable Energy) was segment of the 7th session of the Group of Experts on Gas.
The 7th session of the Group of Experts on Gas was held as a hybrid in-person/virtual event in three segments:
22 September 10:30 – opening (adoption of the agenda, election of officers)
23 September 14:00-16:00 – workshop: Decarbonization through harnessing synergies between renewable electricity and gas (organized together with the Group of Experts on Renewable Energy)
25 September 10:25 – administrative matters and closing
The 7th session is part of the UNECE Energy Week held from 22–25 September 2020. It comprises meetings of the Groups of Experts on Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Coal Mine Methane and on Resource Management.
