Decision II/3 on Electronic Information Tools and the Clearinghouse Mechanism (ECE/MP.PP/2005/2/Add.4, adopted at the second Meeting of the Parties in Almaty, Kazakhstan on 25-27 May 2005) includes, as an annex, a set of recommendations on the more effective use of electronic information tools to provide public access to environmental information.
