The online event discussed policy strategies to protect older persons in vulnerable situations. Following a clarification of what is meant by vulnerability and vulnerable situations, the event showcased several concrete policy examples and initiatives. It provided participants with first hand insights about the challenges and lessons learnt and shared key recommendations from the UNECE Policy Brief of Ageing No. 28 on the same topic.
