The Second Meeting of the Expert Group discussed the responses to the questionnaire on the main directions and content of the legal strengthening of IFAS. The questionnaire was prepared by the international consultant and circulated to IFAS member countries in November 2010. Completed questionnaires were received in February 2011. Based on the replies to the questionnaire, the international consultant presented the Conceptual Elements for Strengthening the Institutional and Legal Basis of IFAS.
